I finally went to try the pork chap I'd been curious about for ages. I'd heard it takes ages to grill, but perhaps they had one already cooked, because it came out fairly quickly. Well, the size does surprise you a little at first sight. It tastes like a big chunk of pork with a ketchup-based sauce, but I didn't get tired of it and polished it off. The pork chap is an impressively massive 700g! Tender, with a pleasant flavor and no strong aftertaste. When I asked later, it turned out to be a branded pork from Hokkaido. They seem to put a lot of care into how it's grilled too. What's more, apparently it weighs even more before grilling so that it comes out at 700g after cooking. Somehow, there's a lot to be grateful for.
