I went in without knowing, but apparently this is a Type B continuous employment support facility (a disability welfare service). I ordered a two-flavor serving of ななつぼしミルク and カンロミルク. It was my first time trying kanro (makuwa melon) gelato, and it tasted refreshing.

There was a man working on a computer in the kitchen area in his everyday clothes, casually touching his hair and things like that. It was awful. I will absolutely never go again.
