I reserved a dinner course to go with my stay. Everything was delicious, and the price was reasonable too. Reservations are needed 3 days in advance, but it's well worth it. Being able to use the hot spring throughout the night was also really nice.
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant inside うずら温泉.|There seem to be good-value lunch sets, but during dinner from 17 to 20, the focus appears to be regular à la carte dishes.|There are set meals too, but they're over 2000円.|I had tantanmen, and it tasted quite authentic. The portion and price were both ordinary.
View on GoogleA place to enjoy authentic Chinese food. They have a weekly changing lunch. I visited at lunchtime on a weekday, and that day the sweet-and-sour pork set was 918円. There were lots of dishes on the tray, and I was happy with the generous salad. The sweet-and-sour pork was piping hot, went well with rice, and was delicious. Although not pictured, coffee and dessert are included after the meal. It was a very good-value lunch that left me full.
View on GoogleI stayed using あっさぶ割, on a package including breakfast and dinner. The course I had was 「風」. All 7 dishes were delicious and generously portioned. I was worried because the official website has little information and the Google posts are old, but overnight guests can rest assured. By the way, all the plates except those for soup, fried rice, and dessert were around 30cm in diameter. Sorry there aren't many photos for comparison.
View on GoogleThe accommodation has no elevator. Not manageable for people with weak legs or backs. The baths include a somewhat hot bath, a lukewarm bubble bath, and a sauna. No outdoor bath. The room's cleanliness, cleaning, and amenities are fine. As for the food, they claim to have trained somewhere, but it's ordinary Chinese food. They don't even serve a cup of tea. Perhaps due to a staff shortage, a sign said reservations three days in advance and courses only. The girl? part-timer? serving the food only brings and clears dishes, yet doesn't even know how to arrange plates and utensils! A total mess! There won't be a next time!
