Tried the Hamburg set and the crusty puff pastry pizza, both were yum !
View on GoogleDelicious and innovative food , very friendly people
View on GoogleThe pasta is really good!
View on GoogleCame for the steak The steak was very tender and delicious! The steak sauce was the light type and really tasty… I didn't notice from the photos, but the pizza crust was pastry and delicious! Butter × cheese makes it feel rich, but it's no problem if two or more people share it. There are lots of 4-person tables inside so you can sit comfortably. I forgot to take a photo of the menu, but the hamburg steak had gone up to around 1100円. I think the whole menu went up by about 200円? Just for reference. Personally, I thought the staff's service was very good!
View on GoogleGreenpepe in Ashibetsu. A very reasonably priced restaurant. The hamburg steak set was 900円, and even the sirloin steak set was 1,500円. Cheap. My wife polished off the sirloin steak the moment it was served, so what follows is about the hamburg steak and pizza. The hamburg steak had outstanding binding of the ground meat, and was just the right tenderness. Of course, the nutmeg aroma came through properly too. Unlike today's hamburg steaks that are all about meatiness, it has the flavor you'd expect from a Western-style restaurant. "Onions and ground meat. That means nutmeg!" I can almost hear the cook saying that, and I love it. The pizza crust was folded puff pastry. The sauce was ketchup. The taste itself is good, but in terms of oil and calories, it might be for young people. If only it were tomato sauce, and if only I were about 20 years younger…… I can't help but think that. Overall, there's an undeniable touch of nostalgia, but this is food made by someone who properly mastered Western cuisine. And at these prices, nitpicking wouldn't be appropriate. In Ashibetsu, where there aren't many dining options, this is a precious Western-style restaurant. Let's be grateful and dig in. It's delicious. Now, excuse me. From here on it's personal. The truth is, I suffer from cluster headaches. And the attack period that had lasted about 6 weeks finally ended last week. During that time, I didn't drink a single drop of alcohol. New Year's? Ceremonial sake? I was in no state for that. But, ah, it's finally over. Not having a headache is wonderful. I'm so glad. What a relief. The remission period will probably last about a year and a half. For now, I'm going to stay in Sounkyo this week. ……GreenPePe. I'm sorry for talking about things unrelated to your restaurant.
