I had 焦がしうま醤油ラーメン. At first glance, you might think it’s salt ramen? But it’s very delicious… the noodles also have a distinctive texture. The chopped onion and other ingredients add a nice accent, and I finished everything without getting tired of it. The flavor is a little strong, so opinions may differ, but it tastes good, so I recommend it and would like to eat here again. One drawback is that the parking spaces in front are close to an intersection, and I found them difficult to enter when it was busy, so be careful.
View on GoogleWent on Saturday around 17:30, and there was only 1 customer already there, so it was almost empty Ordered 旭川醤油ラーメン and regular soy sauce ramen The dried-fish tsukudani was delicious!! The ramen tasted okay? Is this about it? A little lacking in punch? It’s not bad, but... If you asked whether I’d come back... Hmm... That’s it! Next time I’ll try a rice bowl!
View on Google★Ramen fans, come on in→Search FB: 『台灣拉麵愛好會』, IG: twramenclub 中華そば 富いち ▎Ramen name/Price: 和風らーめん(醤油)/800円 ▎Adjustments: None ▎Extra: #朝拉 ★Morning ramen is only available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:00~8:30 The only ramen I ate in 旭川 was this bowl of morning ramen. There aren’t many morning ramen options in 旭川 either. While researching, I happened to discover that this place started selling morning ramen in June this year. They also happened to have a clear broth, so I chose this place straight away. It isn’t in the city center, but about a 10-minute drive from 旭川站. Basically, it’s not somewhere tourists would go out of their way to eat. Looking at the G Maps reviews, they are indeed mostly from locals. The morning ramen information isn’t on the official website, but it is specifically mentioned on their official social media. They also made a special entrance curtain and flags to identify the morning ramen service, which is quite thoughtful. There are parking spaces for 8 cars outside. Inside, the seating capacity is almost 40 when full. There is also a children’s playroom and a restroom, plus plenty of autographs, anime decorations, and manga. The whole decor really has a family restaurant atmosphere. I saw quite a few reviews mentioning issues with the surroundings, but I didn’t feel that way where I sat that day. When I arrived, a group of customers happened to be leaving, so I was the only one left. During morning ramen service, a female employee handled the dining area, and a male chef worked in the kitchen. After seating you, they show you the menu and take your order directly. You pay after eating. ▎和風らーめん(醤油): Morning ramen comes in three flavors: 醤油・塩・味噌. After ordering, you first get some dried-fish tsukudani. You can eat it directly or add it to the ramen to change the flavor. It goes really well. It is sweet with a little dried-fish flavor, which is quite interesting. It is probably a side dish made by reusing the broth ingredients. But in a few bites, the fish bones were still quite noticeable and not completely softened. I accidentally got a fish bone stuck in my gum and only removed it with dental floss back at the hotel, so fellow ramen fans should watch out for the bones. The soy sauce ramen mainly features the bitterness and flavor of dried fish. The soy sauce provides a supporting base for the dried fish and gives the broth more body. Quite good. It comes with thin noodles with a slightly firm center, and the combination is easy to enjoy. The pork belly chashu topping is easy to bite into, but it is cold, so I suggest soaking it in the broth before eating. There is yuzu peel with the chashu that changes the flavor when you eat it, which is quite nice. Finally, you can also add vinegar to change the broth’s flavor. It becomes sweet and sour, which is quite interesting.
View on GoogleI stopped by after a long time. Apparently they are doing a complete revamp from April, so I got a special chance to try the new flavor The broth had a somewhat nostalgic feel, quintessential 旭川ラーメン. Apparently the noodles are custom-made They were pleasantly chewy and smooth, unlike anything I’d had before Both the broth and noodles, different from before, were very delicious Looking forward to what’s next! Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleThis time, I wanted to eat ramen with my grandchild When I searched 食べログ for places that welcome toddlers, 富いち came up I learned they had a few things to play with and children’s chairs in the raised seating area, so I chose this place(^.^) There was also something for playing with balls in that area, and my grandchild was happy too We had 富いち’s 旭川正油ラーメン and salt ramen, plus mini fried rice 富いち’s ramen uses a double broth of dried fish and chicken. They clearly spend a lot of time extracting the chicken stock(^.^) The richness is different. The dried-fish aroma follows afterward, giving the delicious broth its distinctive character. And amazingly, it has no artificial flavor enhancers, which was both surprising and pleasing(^.^) I think the menma is called bamboo-shoot-tip menma It is long, tender, delicious, and impressively good The chashu is also simmered and delicious The fried rice is moist and uses quite a bit of oil The chashu in it does a great job My grandchild and I enjoyed it(^.^)
