I drove past the place once, haha haha. It's right next to the white house... The contrast between the outside and inside is nice. It feels bright and playful, but somehow relaxing〜. Everything on the menu looks tasty, and soup and salad come with the set, so I'm satisfied. The nikomi hamburg is big and the sauce is delicious too. I'd like to try the desserts as well.

Is this really a shop? Is it okay to go in? Even if you hesitate for a moment, take the plunge and enter! The contrast between the exterior and interior is wild. Inside, there is a relaxed American atmosphere. My recommendation is the nikomi hamburg! The thick, juicy hamburg and the demi-glace sauce coating it are delicious! At the end, you can eat it with white rice, or savor the sauce itself like a stew. The coffee is proper too—a recommended place to take a breather while relaxing and looking at the scenery! I visited for lunch. It was around 14:00, but all seats were taken and 2 parties were waiting. I ordered cheese keema for 1450円. There was plenty of cheese on top, the keema was very meaty, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff's service was also very good.

To get straight to the point, the balance of ingredients is outstanding. I had the limited-time nikomi hamburg (with cheese, 1,450円) and the coffee-and-muffin set (600円). The hamburg was full of meat juices and had a satisfyingly firm bite. It really drives home the feeling: I'm eating meat right now! Delicious. As for the cheese, I thought they had just lightly placed some on top of the hamburg, but there was loads submerged underneath. What I thought was a bit of meat turned out to be cheese. That much. An irresistible amount for cheese lovers. The sauce was slightly sweet and strongly flavored. I do not like strong flavors, so I usually leave almost all the demi-glace sauce, but even I ate nearly all of it. Of course, the sauce itself tasted good, but it also paired incredibly well with the rice. This was not rice to accompany the main dish, but a sauce that made the rice delicious. When you eat something that goes well with white rice, it brings out the rice's flavor and makes its sweetness more noticeable—that is exactly what happened. Of all the nikomi hamburg I have eaten, this definitely brought out the flavor of white rice the most. That is how well-balanced the overall flavor was. The balance between the muffin and coffee was fantastic too. I recommend drinking the coffee after eating the muffin. All the harshness disappears, leaving the pure aroma of coffee and a hint of lingering muffin sweetness in your nose, and it is unbelievably delicious. It was a truly happy meal. I love white rice, so I revisit places where I can enjoy delicious white rice, and スナシタ is a definite repeat visit. Next time, I want to try the 「bacon and shrimp gratin」 that I was debating right up to the last moment. Incidentally, the gratin came with bread rather than white rice. Wait, you're not eating white rice?
