I came relying on the memory from long ago that it was 'very delicious!' As expected, it was very delicious! The taste and texture of the ingredients were distinct, and I could fully savor the first bite, the second bite... Even though it's authentic cooking, it's served quickly. I'll definitely visit again when I go to Asahikawa. I hope the shop continues forever!

I went for the first time in about 20 years. A man was working alone, cooking and serving briskly. The service was very polite. I wanted to have the doria for the first time in a while, but the tomato sauce is delicious so I went with the pescatore set with salad, soup, and coffee. I think it was about 2.000 yen. The seafood was substantial and I was very satisfied, it was very tasty! The salad was also beautifully arranged. I didn't think so back then, but now the retro atmosphere is somehow calming. My impression is that there are more solo diners and regulars than families.

A long-established Italian restaurant that already existed when I was in high school, so it has been around for at least thirty years. It's small but has a stylish interior, and was perfect as a date spot where you stretch yourself a bit. The tomato sauce clinging to the thin pasta is exquisite, and the espresso after the meal was great too. I hope it never goes away.

They've been open since a very long time ago, so I take my hat off to the shop, the master, and his wife. The floor creaks when you walk and the tables wobble. But the wife loves cleanliness, so the area around the tables is always clean. She's quite advanced in years, but she's always sharp. Her words are a bit cold so some people seem to misunderstand, but the wife means no harm, so please forgive her. Favoritism is very much on display, but the pasta, doria, and so on are exquisite. The sauce clinging to the thin noodles is full of tomato richness. The doria also takes time, but the sauce is superb and delicious. Trying the taste at lunch first is also a good approach.

The menu said photos 🤳 are NG, so this time I didn't take pictures inside the shop, so sorry I can't introduce the menu 😣 For parking, use the Times across the street, and they give you a ticket on the way out 🎫 Lunch is the pasta set (salad 🥗, drink ☕️ later) for a bit over 1300 yen, and if you choose steak etc. 🥩 it's a bit over 2000 yen. ※It seems they don't do steak items when the chef is alone ❗️ Since they serve authentic Italian at night too, the ingredients in the pasta 🍝 are impressive 💦 Mussels and squid and so on were in there in big chunks‼️ It's a shame I couldn't take photos 😢 The salad dressing didn't seem store-bought (commercial) and was delicious ❤️ It was so good that while eating I was already thinking about what to eat next‼️ The noodles are thin and not al dente! I'm someone who loves al dente, loves chewiness, and lives for substantial bites, but I felt the sauce 🍝 clinging to these noodles was a perfect match ✨ There were reviews saying the staff's attitude wasn't good, but I didn't feel that much ❗️ The atmosphere inside was like a dimly lit Showa-retro coffee shop ❓ Like something out of a trendy drama ☺️ The proprietress who serves is slender and stylish like Cat's Eye but a cute, feminine person 👯‍♀️ I want to take photos of at least the menu as notes for what to eat next 🥺
