【 Since it is a one-person operation, allow time and bring patience 】 Considering it has kept going in a fiercely competitive ramen area, my overall impression is that the place is run with dedication. The service is not excessively polite, but they communicate what is needed, so there were no moments that felt unpleasant. When it is busy, serving the food inevitably takes time, so it is best to go with time to spare. The parking lot is narrow, so entering and leaving takes a little care. There is an AEON opposite, so if you are also shopping, parking there is another option. If you are driving, keeping this in mind makes things easier. Inside the shop, notices for limited-time and new dishes are posted everywhere, making it hard to choose! If the differences between regular and limited dishes were a little better organized, I think choosing would be easier. This time I ordered the trendy malatang noodles. Unlike the mala at specialist shops, this type puts the heat first. Something feels a bit different〜 There is fun in trying trendy dishes, but here it might be easier to understand the shop's character by getting to know its standard flavors first, then choosing a limited-time dish.

I had the shoyu chashu. Its appearance is classic shoyu through and through. Precisely because it is simple, there is nowhere to hide. To compare it to a baseball pitcher, it is like getting strikeout after strikeout using only fastballs and forkballs. It has a straightforward flavor.

Since I was working nearby, I went to 龍の涙, which I had been curious about. I added chashu to the white shoyu ramen, limited to 20 servings. I am a sucker for limited offerings. The soup was delicious, but I felt thirsty afterward. Thanks for the meal.

I chose the standard shoyu ramen (900円), a delicious bowl with clean chicken stock and shoyu that is sharp yet also rich and sweet. The firm noodles with a crisp bite are nice too, though the salt concentration might be a little high. The issue is the aging premises: the interior is filled with a smell like an old snack bar, the open kitchen has visible dirt, and the place does not feel very clean. It feels like a waste, since the ramen itself is not bad.

龍の涙 Whim-of-the-day set: shio ramen and fried rice. The ramen has clear chicken broth, which is uncommon around here. Strong soup with medium-thin wavy noodles. Tasty, with enough distinctive chicken character left to delight chicken lovers. People who dislike chicken might find that character bothersome. The chashu needs more effort. Fried rice! Strongly flavored but delicious! A generous amount for a set, so good value too. Since the ramen is strong, it would be even better if the fried rice were more lightly seasoned. Too good to be just a whim-of-the-day menu item. I imagine running everything alone is tough, but I would like it to become a regular or secret menu item. But the interior is dirty-Michelin style. The cloth covers over the chairs? For some reason they are stapled on?! Thanks for the meal! Keep at it!
