Visited on a Friday morning and it was not that crowded. Variety of Onigiri to choose from and freshly made. Convenient to get a quick meal.
View on GoogleI visited for the first time after seeing the reviews. The shop is small, but side dishes (around 300 yen) were also lined up for sale. I ordered onigiri from a well-worn menu board. They make it after you order. The onigiri is shaped with a mold often used even at famous shops (Kanto style?), and they make it carefully. The onigiri is large and has plenty of filling. Above all, the value for money is great! The rice is pleasantly soft (kind of fluffy), the saltiness is well done, and it's very delicious. If you ask, they'll put each one in film wrap. I love convenience store onigiri too, but stopping by once in a while for freshly made onigiri is great too. It was empty when it opened at 9.
View on GoogleAlthough the sign says the shop name is "Onigiri Yukoaf," they had bento, side dishes, and various other things too. The shop is counter-only, with room for just two people to stand in front of it. On the counter were lined up all sorts of tasty-looking side dishes, at prices well more reasonable than a convenience store. I tried the curry rice at 550 yen including tax, which had caught my curiosity. To be frank, it looks plain. But! It's delicious. Seriously delicious. The roux has quite deep umami. It has the deep savoriness of various ingredients melted into it. I wrote "deep," but my impression is closer to the deliciousness spreading out wide, which feels right to me. It's not elaborate; it tastes like a basic home-style sweet-and-spicy curry made slowly and thoroughly. The ingredients are diced and bite-sized too, with good texture. It was great. I want to eat much more of this.
View on GoogleOn the first floor of the Midoribashi Building, you can buy large onigiri packed with plenty of satisfying fillings. They make it on the spot with piping hot rice, so it's a homey neighborhood onigiri shop with a handmade feel. On the first floor of the Midoribashi Building, you can buy large onigiri packed with plenty of satisfying fillings. I reserved and picked up, so the handoff was smooth and the staff were smiling and pleasant ♪ The daily bento is 550 yen, and you can switch to onigiri for +100 yen. I saw old-fashioned soy-sauce fish for the first time in a while (。•ㅅ•。)♡ The simmered dish has a faint sesame oil aroma, and the tamagoyaki is dashi-flavored and sweet, recommended! The onigiri is the size of an adult's palm, large and hefty, plenty satisfying, and quite filling. The price is reasonable for the amount, and the wide variety of onigiri is appealing. ■Cash and PayPay accepted ■Takeout Phone reservations possible ■Daily bento ¥550 【Change rice to your favorite onigiri +¥100】 Bento ¥550 + onigiri change ¥100 = ¥650 *May vary depending on the filling, so please check ■Instagram You can check the daily bento, business days, etc. *Closes when the rice runs out □No parking 《As of August 2021》
View on GoogleIt was lunchtime, but it happened to be empty and with no wait they made it right there on the spot. There was a wide variety, and choosing which one was fun. They sold side dishes too. Even after some time passed, it was warm, large, and satisfying. The saltiness and softness of the rice were just right. It's a pleasant shop, and the onigiri is delicious and comforting. I'd like to try the other onigiri too. They can separate them one by one or put them in a case.
