This is one of the best Hokkaido Miso ramens. I had “Miso-butter noodle”. The soup is rich with the butter. You should get to the restaurant early because it takes about 20 min to enter. I was happy we can have it within an hour.

my favorite ramen noodle restaurant in Asahikawa city. here is original place of them. chef show the professional cook technique front of counter. Solty taste soup and noodle is very delicious! i usually add butter onto the top.

First time visiting Sumire in Sapporo. During the lunchtime peak, I queued for about 30 minutes until the bowl arrived. The depth of flavor was worth the wait, the best in my history of miso ramen. Thank you for the meal.
