I'm really thankful for the kind and nice entertaining with us to help looking for what my daughters need a traditional japanese clothes
View on GoogleI came to rent a furisode for my daughter's Coming of Age Ceremony. They briskly prepared a variety of kimono and accessories and let us try them on, so we were able to decide smoothly. The variety of kimono is wide, and they even brought out a furisode that wasn't on display that looked like it would suit my daughter, and in the end we chose that kimono. My daughter is satisfied too. Thank you very much.
View on GoogleThank you for the lovely furisode! The young woman who looked after us, who seemed to be in her 20s with short hair, was very good, and she took our budget and what was included in the set into consideration and was so sincere that we felt very reassured. However, I'm left with an uneasy feeling about the behavior of a woman who seemed to be her boss and showed up partway through. She went out of her way to touch what the young woman had done and gave pushy instructions, which was uncomfortable to watch. Also, while the young woman was proceeding within the set, the boss kept recommending expensive paid options one after another, which felt very salesy and confusing. Since choosing a furisode is a once-in-a-lifetime thing, I wanted to take my time deciding, but when I said "this one might be nice too," she said "then let's go with this one" and moved on to the next step without much confirmation. Anyway, it looked like they prioritize money, and it was unpleasant. Precisely because the first person in charge was wonderful, I'd like them to improve their attitude of going at the customer's pace.
View on GoogleAll the staff who helped us were kind, and their guidance was very thorough✨ I'm glad I chose Ichikura! Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to the pre-event photo shoot and the day of the ceremony!
View on GoogleThe hakama is cute, but how slow the service is is outrageous. It's also strange that the boss doesn't stay with the new employee. The fitting went smoothly, but after deciding I was made to wait about an hour for the paperwork. I wondered if preparing documents really takes that long. They should value customers' time more.
