View on GoogleMay 8, 2026 Akinai I definitely existed in this place on this day. I ordered the soy sauce ramen. Delicious. It suits me. The chashu isn't thinly sliced but more like diced steak, and that's delicious too. They seem to be pushing the Sichuan-style ramen (just my vague personal impression), but since it's Asahikawa ramen, I had the soy sauce ramen. The soup felt rich, which is also to my liking. I don't know when I'll next be able to come, but I'd like to try other types of ramen too.
View on GoogleIt was my first time at this shop. I'd heard from an acquaintance that it was good, but I figured it was just a ramen place you stop by on the way home from drinking, so I had only slight expectations. But the moment I took the first sip of the soup... ‼️ Whoa ❗ This might be really good 🎶 My chopsticks wouldn't stop, and partway through I even ordered extra gyoza. The small winged gyoza were also delicious 🍴😆✨ Even without drinking, the ramen and gyoza were plenty tasty 🎵 By the way, the ramen I ate was Sichuan miso ramen (regular), and my daughter had the same ramen at spiciness (medium). Next time I'd like to try the Sichuan miso ramen at medium spiciness ✨🍜✨ Thank you for the meal 🍴😆✨
View on Google🏆 Tabelog 3.45 Ramen DB 85.186 🏠🆔 Shunkashuto Main Store (春夏冬 本店) Asahikawa, Hokkaido Sichuan Miso Ramen (regular) 1000 yen Gyoza (authentic handmade) 700 yen ✨Point✨ A secret Sichuan miso kneaded with peanuts gives it its accent 🍜 ⏳🪑🅿️ Queue: weekday around 0:00, none Inside: 6 counter seats and 1 table for 3, 1 operator Parking: none Soup A tonkotsu-based soup combined with a secret Sichuan miso kneaded with peanuts 😊 One sip and the aroma of miso and pork bone rises through your nose, then the umami of the miso, the flavor of the nuts, and the gentle umami of the tonkotsu spread through your mouth 🥰 It's Sichuan miso, but I chose regular spiciness so it wasn't very spicy; rather, it's a soup where you can enjoy the harmony of miso umami, richness, and nuts 🤗 You can choose the spiciness from 3 levels: regular, medium, and extra hot 😊 Noodles Medium-thin curly noodles from Kato Seimen with a slightly low water content 😊 One slurp and the rich aroma of miso rises through your nose; the springy, irregular texture is pleasant 😉 They go well with the soup, a superb marriage 🥰 Toppings🍖🥚 1 slice of pork belly chashu with a tender texture 3 slices of wood ear mushroom, a perfect match for the soup with a pleasant crunchy texture Menma, bean sprouts, chopped green onion, red pickled ginger, peanuts, white sesame 💫 The one-of-a-kind Sichuan miso flavor with peanuts, and the 🍜 topped with peanuts, gave me a taste you can only enjoy here ❣️ The soup, noodles, and chashu were of course good, and the pairing with unique toppings like peanuts, red ginger, and wood ear mushroom was delicious too 🤗 By the way, the shop's name is 春夏秋冬 (spring, summer, autumn, winter) without autumn (秋), so you never get tired (飽きない) of it, apparently 🤭 Thank you for the meal ᵗʱᵃᵑᵏᵧₒᵤ (❀ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)⁾⁾
View on GoogleA ramen shop that opens from the evening. You can enjoy Sichuan miso ramen, which is rare in the city. Even though it's Sichuan miso, you can choose the spiciness, so if you choose 'regular', I think even kids will be fine. They also have shoyu, shio, and gyoza. Water is self-service. There are counter seats and table seats.
