Authentic, their ramen is fresh and tasty with emphasis on the burnt taste which is amazing. The unique taste and preparation of their ramen sets them apart from other similar ramen shops. Order through a machine at the side, service is good as well.

No bs spot First thing that hits you is their burnt, charred lard aromatic oil. Fish based broth is mildly pleasant pleasant. Noodles are on the softer side of chewy bouncy Scallions give this nice fried shallot vibe vibe Chashu is made with loin I think, not pork belly. It is well marinated, and has a satisfying chew whike being juicy. Had to come back for the gyoza and it did not disappoint, thin crispy light and thin skin with aromatic meat.

We got there early on a weekday, so we didn't have to wait. The shoyu ramen has a special, strong flavor from burnt lard. It made the ramen smoky and taste really good. It tasted a lot like another ramen I love, called Taiho. The gyoza was great, too. Would love to come back next time in Hokkaido. Plenty of seats, very different to the cramped Tokyo shops.

Had spicy miso ramen with egg. I'm not a,fan of their broth as can't taste the miso n not spicy. However the egg is very tasty. The staff is very helpful to assist with the purchasing at the machine.

amazing ramen~ quite unique type with other ramens I’ve tried in Japan so far…. Randomly strolled down the alley and walked into this ramen shop… run by all men only lol service is simple but without burdened feeling which is fine~ ordering is quick and easy in the machine
