Good local ramen shop

The exterior has character, and it's a shop with power. Seating is mainly at the counter. I ordered miso ramen, and the garlic-forward soup was very delicious. I want to eat it again.

On an empty stomach I drank a bottle of dark beer and some namasake, then searched for a ramen shop, and since the reviews were good I visited right at the afternoon opening time. I ordered spicy miso ramen at level 2 and added one salt-flavored egg. The female owner kindly talked to me, but I couldn't understand Japanese..ㅜㅜ It turns out this is a shop that appeared on 강철지구. There was a lot of snow then, so I didn't recognize it. Anyway, I ate the ramen and, huh? I wondered what the broth base was. With so many vegetables, I wondered if they used vegetable broth or kombu broth, but it was tonkotsu.. I never imagined. It was truly a magical bowl..

You can choose the thickness of the noodles. There were spicy menu items like "Karai Aitsu" (That Spicy Guy) and "Yabai Aitsu" (That Dangerous Guy), but that day I was exhausted after a run around Asahikawa Airport (12 km). Not pushing myself, I chose "miso". The owner is just like the illustration on the menu, cheerful and energetic, which was pleasant. The taste was "THE Asahikawa ramen". Next time I want to try the spicy menu.
