備長炭(Bichotan) is used for the grill, providing long lasting and consistent heat. Seafood selection is very fresh and in-season.

View on GoogleThis restaurant has a grill area and you can pick the seafood and meat you like, and then enjoy grilling and enjoying your food after. Recommend to also order the sake steamed oysters which I think has a hint of sweetness. We found that the size of the oysters weren’t that big though, they are still very fresh and taste really good. The price is alright, not as cheap as we thought, but acceptable.
View on GoogleGood enough reason for me to come back to Akkeshi. Fresh seafood, including live scallop and oysters, to choose for indoor BBQ. Also have veggies and meat options too. Clean environment, no strong odor, and comfortable. Very good value for money and the oysters are super fresh!
