珍来Chin Rai
・Parking: available ・Payment: cash only ----------------------- *Closed on dates ending in 7: 7,17,27* Our specialty is 【Helmet Tonkatsu Ramen】, a collaboration between “Suiyo Dodesho” and “Chinrai.” As the name suggests, tonkatsu sits on top of the ramen. The ramen toppings are menma and scallions. The noodles are soft, curly noodles that recreate the flavor of an old-fashioned neighborhood Chinese restaurant. We also recommend 【Gangan Ramen】, a ramen adaptation of Akabira's local dish “Gangan Nabe”! We also offer a wide range of ramen, soba, and rice bowls. We look forward to your visit.

A pilgrimage spot for Suiyo Dodesho? I went to Chinrai. I visited outside lunchtime, but I was the only one there, which felt a little lonely… I ordered the Helmet Ramen with tonkatsu. It came topped with freshly fried katsu and was very delicious! There's a Suiyo Dodesho corner inside, so perhaps it's become a pilgrimage spot for fans?
View on GoogleI came for gangan ramen, but after seeing the display inside, I ordered Helmet Tonkatsu Ramen. The broth had a light shoyu flavor and little fat, so even with katsu on top it wasn't heavy, and the balance was just right and delicious. I felt it went well with the crispy katsu. The Suiyo Dodesho helmet-style bowl is featured prominently, but I found the ramen itself appealing too. There were Suiyo Dodesho-related items inside, so fans would probably enjoy the decor.
View on GoogleI stopped in for the first time in a while. Today, an early lunch with a friend. My companion had tonkatsu ramen with a small rice. I ordered a small moridon, a secret menu item That has become an official? menu item, with 6 slices of chashu And grated daikon added. Moridon? What's that? Apparently it started with a request to put mori soba in a bowl and pour the dipping sauce over it… and went from there. There are various other explanations too, such as being able to pile on your favorite toppings… The base is soba in a bowl with tempura crumbs and scallions (cold tanuki soba) Then you add various toppings (chashu, grated daikon, raw egg, natto, wild mountain vegetables) for 50円 to make your own creation. After a short wait, the bowl arrived. Easy-to-eat soba from an old-fashioned diner. Thank you for the meal〜
View on Google2024.10.05. The Bibai–Furano route fully opened in September, and I wanted to drive it once before its winter closure, so I went for a drive with my wife. Instead of turning right toward Furano, we went straight toward Ashibetsu and Akabira. Our destination was Chinrai. A pilgrimage spot for Suiyo Dodesho, which I like as much as Consadole? Inside are many displays, including Consadole's Rereshupa tapestry and banners, as well as posters of Takayuki Suzui. Today's target was the famous Helmet Tonkatsu Ramen. My wife had Gangan Ramen. When you soak the tonkatsu in the soup, the coating does indeed… (haha) It looks lovely, but it's best to eat it early. My wife's Gangan Ramen was what you'd call pot-cooked ramen, piping hot. The miso-based broth was my kind of thing. Maybe this next time. The owner and his mother's gentle smiles make it a place you want to return to. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleWhile sightseeing in Akabira, I looked it up on Google and tried it. The Helmet Ramen was really light, and I could drink all the broth. But it also had plenty of umami, which was good. Above all, the Suiyo Dodesho corner was extensive, and even though I don't know much about it, I enjoyed it a lot. It became a lovely memory of my Hokkaido trip. The food took a fair amount of time to arrive, so it might not be recommended When you're short on time.
