The flavor was quite mild, but this was an old-fashioned ramen that somehow warmed my heart. I ordered a large portion, but it didn't leave me feeling too weighed down afterward. I'd love to come eat here every day. It felt as though the owner's easygoing, gentle nature had become a bowl of ramen. In the city there are plenty of expensive, reasonably tasty ramen places, but this is just what I want. I want to eat ramen every day, after all. Thank you for the meal. Thank you.

This ramen shop feels like a countryside diner… I'd eaten here before the major earthquake around Abira, and remembered it as tasty, with a robust flavor and firm noodles… But the owner has gotten older, and now the flavor is weaker and the noodles softer. This time we ordered the regular shio and shoyu, but the special bean sprout ramen seems popular, so I'll try it if I get another chance~

I visited on a business trip. It's not incredibly delicious ramen, but this shop is working hard in a rural area with nothing around. The miso flavor is gentle, and it seems to have lots of regulars. The owner's smiling service also made a great impression. It's a comforting ramen shop that feels like coming home to the countryside. Piping-hot soup is the best in cold Hokkaido. Thank you for the meal.

Wow~ my first big hit in ages~ I'd passed by pretty often on the way to the vet, but today I stopped in after golf. I couldn't tell the difference between the regular bean sprout shoyu ramen and the miso ramen, so I just went for the most expensive ones… We ordered the special bean sprout shoyu ramen and the special miso ramen. The dining area and kitchen were thoroughly cleaned and spotless‼️ I was also impressed seeing the owner carefully wipe each ramen spoon individually after making the ramen. The shoyu ramen had a layer of lard on top and was piping hot. Light and old-fashioned, with minced meat and the slippery, curly noodles I like. I nearly drank all the broth. I tried the pickled red ginger, but maybe it's fine without it?🤣 Sorry… The miso ramen had a nostalgic flavor similar to the miso ramen at a famous Sapporo shop that's now gone. Next time I'll try the regular miso ramen🍜 Could the minced meat be what makes it special? Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed it♪

Old-fashioned Sapporo miso ramen topped with minced meat and bean sprouts. The miso broth is rich and fragrant, with a layer of lard keeping it piping hot until the end. It's especially delicious in cold weather.
