I had lunch with my wife at this popular roasted chicken restaurant, enjoying savory roasted chicken, sweet beef, pecel rice with sunny-side-up egg, peanut peyek crackers, hot orange, and hot beras kencur... perfect. Spacious dining spaces with high chairs and gazebos with carpets. Large dining halls and a joglo building are available for reservation free of charge. Many clean restrooms (with Western-style toilets) and a musholla. Fast and friendly service. Good free WiFi. For kids, there's a playground, an outbound area, a free swimming pool, and a small aviary. Spacious parking spaces for motorbikes, cars, and big buses.
View on GoogleFor a portion of nasi pecel and chicken, it costs around 53k. For local food, this price is considerably high. The portion was not that big. The chicken has this thick smokey aroma. Spacious restaurant.
View on GoogleOne of the best chicken places you can find. Really delicious grilled chicken. Parking: 4/5 dedicated parking Service: 4/5 pretty quick, we forgot to pre-order, but they made our food in a decent amount of time. Taste: 5/5 sooo tasty! Best chicken around! Price: 4/5 pretty affordable Recommended: definitely get the spicy grilled (bumbu pedas).
View on GoogleOur dining plans took an unexpected turn when the popular coffee spot nearby was too crowded. Instead, we spotted Ayam Panggang "Mbah Mo" Magetan from the main street, and it piqued our interest. The Ayam Panggang/Goreng itself was a juicy and flavorful delight, with the marinade seeping into every bite. Opting for the Paket Keluarga Spesial, we enjoyed sides like Sayur Asem and Urap, along with the tasty Pecel Madiun. The cooking process took a bit of time (around 30 minutes), during which we snacked on treats like otak-otak, rempeyek, tempe mendoan, and delicious pisang goreng. The restaurant's spacious layout offers outdoor and garden dining options. Live music added to the ambiance, and the charming Koi fish at the entrance brought an extra touch of appeal.
View on Googledefinitely coming back here.. when I was so desperate to find spicy roasted chicken like the one I had in Magetan, East Java, I found this place.. the chicken is roasted with wood and the aroma is soo good it would make your stomach hungry for more.. oh, and don't forget to order fried banana, it's all good..
