10/10 experience!!! I just visited the Nara Kupu park in Jogja and had the best experience!! The park is a hidden gem and have a beautiful view of Gunung Merapi In addition to being a theme park, they also contribute to the spotted deer conservation program and also clean, organic farming! Guests are able to stay at their beautiful villas and able to experience farm life and feed the deer! Our guide Axel was very nice and welcoming!! Definitely a perfect place to take a staycation and have a peaceful time away from the city. The restaurant on site also served excellent food. The nasi goreng kecombrang was to die for!! I strongly recommend anyone coming through Jogja to pay a visit and stay in the beautiful villas on the property!!!

Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed this village. It was really relaxing, friendly staffs, and good food. The place was away from busy/traffic, so i really enjoyed the clean fresh air, quiet. There are nice a family deers (so tamed) on their yard. We also had a chance to have Merapi mountain volcano lava tour on the next day. I also went out for early morning run, so many turns and i can’t keep track. Please make sure you have gps/map. We had good variety of breakfast from the restaurant, you ordered and they made it fresh for you. I recommend you and your family to stay at least 2 or 3 nights. Ohhh i missed this place already and we will come again. Thank you for bring good memories.

Nara Kupu is located in the middle of real vegetable and fish farms. In fact, by the cashier there's a small stand offering freshly harvested vegetables and tomatoes. The resto is designed with two wings, the East side is very large to accommodate special events such as wedding reception. The West side is more seating areas. The menu offers mostly traditional Javanese foods, there's also a Pecel 57 branch. A pleasant surprise is the very clean and dry 4* hotel toilets, equipped with a washer and bidet sprayer.

Nice spot easy to find. Good place to spend weekend with your family- mount merapi view and wide selection of menu ( indonesian) . You can buy organic and hyroponic vegiies here.
