Great place, comfortable atmosphere with delicious food, pretty rare combination. The place itself is quite spacious and have a lot of seatings. They serve mainly javanese traditional food, buffet style. My favorite is kikil, it's soft, absorbs a lot of spices and without foul and funky smell. I think they also serve jenang sumsum and dawet. Overall a great place to grab a meal especially for families.
View on GoogleThis place has expanded quite a bit since my last visit a couple of years ago, extending much further toward the back. The atmosphere and the food are still as good as ever. We loved spending our afternoon break here, surrounded by the rice fields. You have to try its signature wedang Mbah Gito and wedang Uti, so satisfying traditional drinks!
View on GoogleThis place is an easy 5-star from me! The calmness of the ambiance transcends every nook of this place! Food was ‘prasmanan’ typa thing, it tastes delicious! Quite authentic for Javanese restaurant <3 The view is 5-star, definitely.
View on GoogleTried this place because I wanted to have traditional Javanese breakfast. Service is good, food is good. You can have rice with 2 sayur only 15k and coffee start from 20k-ish. With separate prices for lauk you can expect to spend 50k per person here. Its a good experience to eat besides rice paddy but it can get too sunny.
View on GoogleThis is a comfortable place for Javanese traditional food, with a strong local atmosphere reflected in the setting, menu, and overall service. The facilities are complete and there are various seating options available, both indoors and outdoors. The dishes suited my taste, and I appreciated that red rice was available as an option. I tried the fried chicken with serundeng and the chicken satay wrapped with lemongrass. The pricing felt reasonable when compared to the food quality, facilities, and service provided.
