We found cockroaches body part, head of cockroach in the gurame rica rica and genjer menu served to us when we came for lunch with my 5 year old kid on 4 February 2.30pm ish. When we saw the insect. We asked for the chef, supervisor or the manager and the waiter took nearly 15 minutes to come back and bringing us another new genjer plate in which we expected to have a discussion with the chef or the manager about the hygiene and cleanliness, however they assumed that we are looking for a replacement. Bringing a 5 years old children and eating in this restaurant. Finally the chef / cook vian came and said they can't do much and said sorry without really being empathetic the cook also said nothing really happen if cockroach is consumed. They also charged us for all the menus without any feel of sorry. So not really show jogja cultural empathy and very disappointed. I suggest all of you check the food properly before eating as you may end up eating some insects which could poison you. We left without really finishing the food but paid for all.

Baleroso offers great food with delicious flavors, and the cooking speed is so fast. However, it can be a bit of a challenge to find staff when you need to place an order. Overall, a solid dining experience!

I like this restaurant..not only their food is quite delicious but also inside they have some fish ponds and fish aquariums which contains many variety of fish..its beautiful and nice to watch..it match with this restaurant main menu..seafood..we have a buffet style of lunch..their sweet and sour fried fish is delicious,their fried tempeh is crispy and delicious..overall its a nice experience to eat in here
