The Perfect Place To Spend Your Day" Kedai Teh Kalasan is a perfect place to spend the whole day relaxing, hanging out with friends while having types of tea. I like how the place is located in a rural area of Kalasan. Breathing some fresh air, sightseeing a green view, and a comfortable kedai. As far as I know, the owner of Kedai Teh Kalasan is a tea master and a runner-up of tea brewing competition. So, it is undoubtedly amazing for the quality of product and service. When I arrived, there was this lady served me up with a generous smile and warm gesture. There was another lady also who brew/made my tea (which I believe she's the owner's wife). I love how she serve us with smile and looks so excited about everything. She is very kind! Kudos to the staff and Mr. Joni with his wife. My favorite menu would be hot Dieng Lemon, a black tea that got a hint of citrus lemony flavor; Genmaicha, a green tea that got a bit of roasty-caramelized flavor; and there is this tea that infused with cacao! I was very surprised by how it tasted! Perfect balance between the tea and the flavor of the chocolate. The menu is cheap and yummy. I also like the nasi goreng kambing, with only 25k you get a big portion. Also, the tempe mendoan is only 12k and you get 5pcs. Of course there are a lot of options that I want to try for the next visit. The serving time is not that quick, but please you gotta a little bit patient. It is reasonable since they only have like 2-3 people per shift I guess. But, hey, that's not a big deal! They're doing great job! Although this is my first time coming, I already put it in in my favorite place-to-go. For sure I'll come back here again!

visited this place back in Covid time circa 2022. i was actually surprised how good the tea & its ambience. i'm a regular tea drinker but not that geek, however their Chinese Tea is very good. at least for my tounge. i put their menu and price on it but mindful if this was in 2022. might be changes. defintely worth to visit if you are an at least Tea lover ❤️

A great and cozy place to enjoy your favorit tea. They provide more than 20 types of tea, be prepared by tea expert. They did improvement day by day. If we are lucky, we can meet the owner - the tea expert. He will very happy to share about how to enjoy tea. You can find green tea, roasted greentea, chinesse tea, indonesian tea and many things. For food, they have tahu bakso, pisang goreng, chicken cordon bleu, nasi goreng, ets It's family friendly and good also for single. Of course will be a great place to spend time for couple.
