One of my favorite Bakmi Jawa stalls in Yogyakarta. Only open in the evening after 5pm, located in Pasar Sambilegi. In the midday, this location is utilized as a space of Sambilegi traditional market. In the evening, there are an angkringan, a nasi goreng stall and Pak Tukiyo's Bakmi Jawa stall. As many might already know, the 'authentic' Bakmi Jawa is prepared individually. This means, the cook will prepare your noodle one by one, no matter how many you order. If you order for three persons, the cook will not prepare the noodle the three order at once, although you might make exactly three same order. That's why, the key word in buying the 'authentic' Yogyakartan Bakmi Jawa (Javanese noodle) is 'PATIENCE'. :)
