Deliciousss, the texture of the pempek is just right, the chewiness is there, the fish flavor is really strong. The CUKO SAUCE spicy kick is amazing, sour, sweet and savory!!!

very delicious, only the broth is bland like it only uses pepper and seasoning without shrimp flavor... my suggestion is to mix shrimp broth into the broth so it feels more flavorful, and the pempek and fish model lack flavor huhu, but approved this is delicious especially the vinegar👍🏻🙏🏻
