Buying bakpia kukus tugu is very expensive compared to other stores. I usually buy it for 45-50, maximum 55. At this store it's 65.

Just replace all the cashiers, they're not friendly, at least if someone buys quite a lot, offer a basket, when paying, smile, there were 3 people, one busy counting money, one reading it out to the one counting, THE ONE SERVING WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY DAMN!, spoke softly and couldn't be heard, wasn't given a plastic bag, wasn't given a box, offer it, if I have to pay it's fine I'll pay, but this didn't, I've been shopping for bakpia for 20 years, this is the first time it's been like this.

Some of the staff are unfriendly, when at the cashier to pay they already showed an unfriendly face. I tried to be normal with the lady but instead when giving the purchase receipt and giving back the change it was like it was slammed.

We take the STJ bus and always stop here, the place is clean, tidy, and the toilets are also very clean including the prayer room which looks well maintained
