Everything tasted like comfort wrapped in city pricing delicious, familiar, but still reminding you that you're paying Jakarta rates even when you're nowhere near the capital. One of my favorite things "Es Kacang Merah" quietly disappeared from the menu, and somehow that tiny loss hit harder than it should've. Everything revolves around Indonesian flavors light snacks, warm main courses, sweet endings, and I found myself wondering about my own version of "home". Whether my person is someone from this country, hidden somewhere between these busy tables... or if I'm meant to wander a little farther, maybe all the way to Italy, just to meet someone who knows romance the way they know espresso. Because food can tell you where you belong, but love ? Sometimes it asks you to travel first.

This spot has become my reliable go-to for both work sessions and satisfying snacks or meals. The expansion of their Jakarta branch to Jogja brings me relief; I've always frequented their PIM 1 location. Among my top favorites are the refreshing Es Kopi Batavia, the flavorful Tongseng Ayam Boyolali (truly a gem!), the delightful Telur Gulung Oppa, the appealing Kwetiaw Peranakan, along with Siomay and Pastel Bude. What impresses me besides the food is the spacious seating arrangement, allowing me to comfortably place my bags and belongings nearby. Ordering is flexible with two options: you can use the casual book menu or conveniently scan the barcode. This place has seamlessly combined work and dining for me, and it's a choice worth considering for its variety and convenience.
