The place is nice and conducive for WFC, but I think I picked the wrong time. A bit shocked because a lot of kids & teenagers came into the cafe and it got noisy. Haven't explored much yet, will update next time if I come here.

Found this place for the first time from TikTok. I was curious about the location because back in my college days, I was a regular at the old one on lower Jakal (now turned into 28). When I came here, the place is quite spacious. There are several table and chair options that can be used for dine-in. There are plenty of short tables and chairs for relaxing hangouts. There are also plenty of proper tables and chairs for opening laptops and doing assignments. This is an interesting place because it's like attached to a basketball court. The toilet here is also combined with the basketball locker room toilet. There is a mushola (prayer room), and the 2nd floor with AC is exclusively for IQOS and pods only, not for cigarette smoking. The parking lot is spacious. Perhaps what needs improvement is the cashier guy. Earlier there was a lady (after I ordered) who asked about the bread, but the guy told her "I don't know". I think it's a bit weird, the crew should already understand product knowledge as well. Overall, this place is really great. In the non-AC section, there is a huge fan. There is also a non-AC sharing table on the 2nd floor.
