Forever my comfort food in Jogja because it tastes great and the portion is just right. The cheesy shrimp never fails because it’s so meaty, especially when paired with the chili sauce that complements the flavor so well. The Charsiu Doyok noodles are always my go-to order because they have a sweet base, and the charsiu has just the right flavor. The service never disappoints — the staff are friendly and informative.

View on GoogleHonestly, it was good. They basically have two types of noodles based on flavor: the savory one (mie sedjuk), and their signature, the sweet one (mie doyok). Personally, I prefer the savory one. It’s kind of odd that I ended up liking the non-signature dish more. For 13K, you'd think it's cheap, but actually, the price feels fair for the portion they serve. There are two things I can really compliment. First, their chili oil sauce has great flavor, although it lacks a bit of aroma. Second, the broth is excellent. Most noodle places serve broth that’s bland or lacks a strong bone flavor, but this one is different. It’s rich, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. Plus, it’s refillable. Just ask the waitress, and they’ll give you more for free. If you want to try their signature dish, the sweet version one, I will recommend you to use a lot of their chilli oil. It will make it a lot better and slightly push away the sweetness.
View on GoogleThis place doesn't offer an extensive menu. Upon arrival, you select your dishes, find a seat, jot down your order, then proceed to the cashier to place and pay for your order. For main dishes, they primarily offer noodles and kwetiaw, with additional options like dim sum and dumplings. The beverage selection is quite varied. For those who enjoy savory foods like myself, this place might not be ideal as their offerings tend to be on the sweeter side. However, for those with a sweet tooth, it might be a good fit. Prices are affordable, and despite being busy, service is prompt.
View on GoogleIt has a very tasty and aromatic taste of chili oil noodles. The kwetiauw texture is very soft but dense,
