The bread selections are alright and they are generally tasty. The cashiers need to focus on their work (serving customers wholeheartedly), instead of chit-chatting with their colleagues and playing with their phones. If a customer says thank you, they should reply with a smile or "anytime" (I am not being a moral police here...it's supposed to be the bare minimum); instead of chit-chatting with colleagues/throwing an upset gaze at the customers for no reasons. It's quite ironic that the place and the bread selections are top-notch, but the service seems to be overlooked. They definitely need to work on that.

Replacing BreadTalk, Mako is integrated with JCO, familiar pastries ex-BreadTalk and a full pledge cafe. So dining in is more comfortable now, just like in a Starbucks. But I found the cappuccino on the bitter side and the milk froth not so creamy tasting.

I buy a chocolate croissant I have my first bite And i realize, its not croissant Croissant supposed to be layyered shape and crisp texture surface Instead i got normal bread with a very thin chocolate layer This is a category of wrong product requirement, lead to a theory of " they re to stoopid to understand the product

✔️The positive side: the cashier was polite when I was paying. ❌The negative side: the cashier failed to tell me she was selling me SPOILED creme brulee. I heard this has happened in this store already before. Make sure to check that your bread and pastry are still fresh when you buy from this branch.
