First time trying the food at By. Pastaa. The location is on the roadside, a bit tucked away, right next to Ketoprak Sedap Malam. The place is minimalist, not many seats due to the limited space. I waited for about 15 minutes because there was a queue. I ordered a large Aglio pasta for takeaway. The food was good, but the chicken pieces were small. Maybe I was expecting more based on the menu pictures and the price, for 40k, the thin chicken was quite disappointing. For some reason, the pasta portion was actually too large instead. If I may suggest, it would be better to balance the portions of pasta, chicken, and fries. It would be a great portion for a large pasta. But overall, the experience were great, and the food too! 🙌🏻

Liat review2nya ternyata emang yang jaga 2 cewe itu kurang edukasi ya ,kronologi dapet dobel order dengan satunya sei sapi ( prosedur dobel order selalu masuk lebih cepat ke resto daripada single order ) dan pas sampai memang nota sudah ditempel dan saya tanya katanya proses ( berarti harusnya sudah proses ) ,saya nunggu sampai notif resto kedua sudah jadi pun masih belum jadi,akhirnya saya tanya lagi ternyata belum diproses sama sekali karena saya curiga mbaknya yang 1 baru ngambil pasta dari kardus deket kursi ,katanya antri lah driver cuma saya,offline 1 orang, itu ada 2 orang satunya ngapain??? Dimana2 kalo bicara pelayanan online bayar lebih mahal, orderan masuk baru cari driver bukan driver datang - nunggu - baru proses. Intinya jangan sampe antrian online dan offline dijadikan satu ,kalo ga sanggup ya mending ga usah ada online aja sekalian

Honest review for the aglio olio pasta, honestly it's quite good, but it's still lacking something, min. For the aglio olio, I think it's not salty enough and leans towards sweet, and there's too much parsley in my opinion. The carbonara pasta honestly still lacks that carbonara identity which is usually very cheesy. I think there's too much parsley again 🥲 the taste is a bit… how do I say it… it's good but it's like I can't have too much of it. The chicken taste is honestly pretty good.. it's just that the seasoning didn't really soak into the chicken, I highly suggest using chicken thighs, min. I got breast meat and it was very dry, if you use chicken thighs it would be juicier. The french fries are honestly very good, no debate. It's great that they are seasoned and not plain. The highlight is actually the fries in my opinion 😁 It can be improved regarding the flavor quality and I think you should try adding a bolognese variant. Btw, I tried ordering via DM and the response was very fast. Hopefully, it can be even better in the future. Wishing you continued success ❤️

Honest review: the kitchen is very dirty, things are scattered, the service is indifferent and unfriendly, trash bins are overflowing and not emptied even though the smell is disturbing, tables are not cleaned, the two female sellers seem lazy to take orders and mostly just joke around. I feel sorry for the owner if the business is bad because the employees don't have the intention to work like this. The food taste is actually quite good, but next time if the way they serve customers and the place don't improve... it seems better not to come here.
