It's a long time restaurant that sells specific dish from goat. The meat, mostly upper part of goat meat, cooked in javaneae style (sweet) and the fried in the hot boiled frying oil. Served with soy sauce with chopped chilli. Delicious. Must try.

Have you ever eat a goat head? A whole head. It's an experience on it's own. Unfortunately for me they tend to cook it sweetly, too sweet for my taste, just like any other dishes in Jogjakarta.

Don't be fooled by it's closed gate. As long as the side door is open, you can order here. Came around 1 pm, had a dine in, despite the motorcycles are still parked inside the restaurant! Just ignore the surrounding and enjoy the beauty of chopped lamb head parts. Pick anything from cheek, tongue, mouth, ears, brain, etc. Pre-cooked to perfection and then fried to enhance the natural umami taste. Despite the name "bacem", it's actually not sweet. The sweet came from the homemade sambal kecap they mixed. Expecting to eat a little, ended-up eating two portions of rice and God-knows-how-many pieces of the head. Best!
