This place feels like a gathering point for several different food stalls and cafés all in one location. I came here specifically to try Alibos Chicken, which mainly serves crispy boneless chicken either as a burger or with rice, along with a variety of sauces. I tried their chicken mayo garlic and spicy mayo cheese. First of all, the chicken was simply too dry. I assume the chicken is prepared in advance and then sits for quite some time before being reheated and served, which unfortunately takes away almost all of its juiciness. The flavor of the chicken itself is actually quite good, but the dryness really hurts the overall experience. The mayo also doesn't really contribute much to the dish. It feels somewhat separated from the chicken rather than working together with it, and the mayo itself is quite plain. The garlic mayo was even less impressive the garlic flavor was almost nonexistent, so I barely got any of that garlic character I was expecting. I want to emphasize that this isn't a bad dish it just feels poorly executed. The basic idea and flavors are actually quite good, but the dry chicken and underwhelming sauces prevent the dish from reaching its potential. On the other hand, the venue itself is really enjoyable. The place incorporates a traditional Javanese vibe, which gives the whole area a pleasant and unique atmosphere. So, while I wouldn't say the food is bad, I think Alibos Chicken could be much better if they focused on keeping the chicken juicy and making the sauces more flavorful and integrated with the dish.

Found a new hidden gem in this area 😍 • I swear the building & interior are SO CUTE! Very unique and very local. As soon as you see the building from the front, it already makes you happy because it's so beautiful & unique! The place is beautiful, cool, comfortable, that's it. There are indoor and outdoor areas for smoking areas or hanging out casually because there is also a lesehan side. • There are quite a lot of sitting areas, if you want to come in a large group it's very possible, but my advice is to reserve first so the place can be prepared first. • Payment can be cash & non-cash. • Not only for sitting and eating but also suitable for relaxing in the afternoon, lounging in the indoor or outdoor area because it is classified as cool in the middle of Jogja's heat, because there are many openings and the outdoor area is quite large. • For those who like taking photos and making content, it's definitely suitable because there are many unique photo angles. • Tried 2 types of food menus (chicken nashville & chicken mayo spicy) & the coffee.. Very delicious The chicken is boneless so it's not troublesome & messy to eat. The coffee is also delicious 😍🙌 Highly recommend!! 😍❤️‍🔥
