The place feels fairly comfortable, spacious, and visually appealing. There are many seating options and areas to choose from, depending on preference. During my visit, the service and baristas were helpful and efficient. The facilities were complete and well maintained. However, at the time I visited, the cafe was very crowded and noisy, this made studying or working with a laptop less comfortable than expected. I ordered the Iced Kopi Susu Shaker, the drink tasted smooth and creamy, with a balanced milk profile that did not completely mask the coffee. I also tried the Iced Premium Chocolate Java Criollo, the chocolate flavor was enjoyable and not overly sweet, making it easy to drink.

You'll feel an "airport" or travel ambience as soon as you enter this place. If you're used to traveling, you'll probably know the feeling. Something about the layout, the seating, and the atmosphere reminds me of waiting lounges before a flight. They have a nice counter and comfortable table settings. The lounge music is played at just the right volume, you can hear it when you pay attention, but it quietly disappears into the background when you're chatting with friends. It's not just a coffee shop. They have quite a lot of food options, both Asian and Western. You can order at the counter or simply sit down, scan the QR code, and order through their website. The system is pretty easy to use, though you'll need a bit of patience because there are so many options to go through. I ordered the Jeda Tea because I don't drink coffee. They don't really explain what's inside, but I could taste something floral with a slight bitterness. Looking at the color, I think it might be butterfly pea tea mixed with chamomile. Not sure, but the chamomile taste was quite strong. I also ordered the cranberry cheese sourdough, which I quite liked. Soft texture, mild flavor, and a sweet cheese filling. The cheese wasn't very noticeable, but I still enjoyed it. I've been here more than once and tried a few other things too. The dimsum, omelette, and fries were okay. Not bad, not memorable either. On another visit, I tried their recommended Kaastengel sourdough. It was much drier than the cranberry cheese one, and unfortunately not my favorite. The biggest issue for me was the waiting time. During one visit, my friends waited more than 30 minutes for their food. One friend even received the wrong order. She originally ordered bihun goreng, but a bakmi goreng arrived instead. By that point she was already too hungry to wait any longer and just accepted it. The bakmi goreng also turned out to be too salty and had to be remade. Also, the women's restroom deserves a mention. It was very clean and dry. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it's actually not that easy to find. They even provide pantyliners and sanitary pads, which I thought was really thoughtful. Will I come back? Yes. Mostly because I really like the place itself. For me, it's more of a meeting spot than a food destination. The food is okay, some menu items are better than others, but the ambience is what keeps me coming back. I'd give it 4 stars and hope they can improve the food service timing because I genuinely enjoy spending time here.

I've ordered only one menu noodles a d it took for them 20 minutes for my 3 year old son. I don't know how the management handles this super slow service. Not knowing the urgency for my son's hunger. I literally ordered one food noodles and they took more than 15 minutes. All the orders from other tables were served mostly and they could not prioritised a food which was one nOddle with soup which supposedly has been pre prepared. Disappointed with the service for it's price. Better to go to road side and they serve lestt than 5 minutes and 80% cheaper. Environment is nothing compared to reasonable speed of service and understanding customers sense of urgency especially a case like mine with a small child. When food arrived it was super salty. Son could. It finish it neither me. Hope management will look into the matter and train the staffs especially the kitchen to not only strictly follow the que but have some sense and have some reasonable taste sense and not super salty.

Looove the food! I can really taste and see that they're made fresh! The cappuccino? You should try the upsized, double shot Daily Hustle! Chef's Kiss! 👌🏽 Also it was crowded when I got there, but somehow the staff were still very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!
