A simple Javanese dish called pecel, served with rice and peanut sauce and chili, it tastes delicious. The place is quite large and there is live gamelan music.

The food is delicious, with flavors that lean slightly toward the sweet side, which makes it very enjoyable and easy to like. Everything is well seasoned and comforting. What really stands out is the pricing — very affordable for Jakarta standards, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Overall, it offers great value for money and satisfying flavors. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

Humble place but the food is a chef’s kiss! it is very simple dish, tasty and cheap. Sometimes they have traditional performance as well.

Always a must visit while in town, been bringing tourists to this place as well (my whole office colleagues 😂) and it didn't disappoint! Consistent flavors since my first visit as a kid 25 years ago ✨ it's amazing how they keep delivering the best quality dishes here. Tip from a local: try the fresh tomato juice!
