Open after sunset... delicious dimsum, better to love hot lava flavours..my wife and daughter love metai flavour... Nice to see the train passing by
View on GoogleWe tried it first, you just decide.. The location is in the area under the Janti flyover (near the train tracks, north side), the place is often crowded because it is a "hidden but crowded" night culinary spot. Opening hours are usually from afternoon to night, around 17.00–22.00 WIB. The main menu is definitely mentai dimsum. One portion usually contains several pieces of dimsum which are immediately doused with mentai sauce on top, complete with nori and sesame toppings. There are several portion sizes, so it can be adjusted whether you want a light meal or to get full. What is immediately felt is that the dimsum is dense and filling, not the one with too much flour. The mentai sauce is quite dominant, creamy with a little savory-sweet taste that sticks to the dimsum. Served hot, so when eaten it is still soft and the aroma comes out. The place is very simple, street food style on the side of the road. Sitting as is, crowded atmosphere, and close to vehicle traffic. But that's exactly what makes the feeling of eating more relaxed, suitable for a night snack or hanging out for a while. The price is still relatively affordable for the size of mentai dimsum in Jogja, especially with quite a lot of portions and toppings. So it's still okay for a casual snack without thinking long. If you are in Jogja and want mentai dimsum that is rich in taste, clear portions, and a night street food atmosphere, this place is worth putting on your list to try. This is really real talk, try it..
View on GoogleHad seen it on social media so I was curious, they said it was delicious, so when I passed by I stopped by and it turned out to be really delicious, not disappointing 😍 The dimsum is very fresh, the mentai sauce is also said to be homemade, I asked the seller what was the most recommended and they didn't just direct me to the most expensive one, but directed me to the menu that they thought was really delicious 🤟🏻 A first experience that really met expectations! I think I will be here often! Hehe 🙏🏻
View on GoogleThe most delicious dimsum in Jogja, seriously not lying. I am a hardcore mentai dimsum lover, I have tried many other places and this is the last one I tried, the most delicious, until Eid I went there 2x it was closed, it's a pity it hasn't been updated on maps, have to look at IG. I didn't think to usually check maps if it's open or not, on maps it's open but it was closed 2x, disappointed. Even without chili oil it's very delicious please🥺
View on Googlevery delicious, honestly the taste really suits me🤝🏻 because it's a bit tricky to choose the taste per dimsum that suits us wkwkwk😁 then the ambience is also good, while hanging out chatting and telling stories it's suitable🤜🏻🤛🏻 the service is also very friendly, the lady and man👏🏻 but why is there no 8-piece mentai dimsum, no package of 8, honestly if I only have 6 it's still not enough, I want 8 or 10, or even 12 so I can be full to death.. please make a package of 8-10-12 sis hehehe, because there are people who eat large portions like me, but if I buy 16 it's too much😭🙏🏻 oh yes and the chili oil is delicious but honestly for me it's VERY SPICY😭 so I bought 1 but couldn't finish it but it's delicious but too spicy hahahah
