Service is horrible. 3-4 waiters just walking around and 7 minutes just ignoring me. I already got menu myself. So just waited when they even look at me to understand about I just waiting to give an order Place located in ground floor of 5* hotel. Looks beautiful, comfortable, clean, quite. Many desserts, and 50% discount after 8 p.m, so everyday is fresh. Love it. Cheesecake is very good. Coffee unfortunately not very good. Maybe because their original portion is big, and use two shots of espresso. I didn't like anyway. Good place for get some food, coffee and desserts. I removed 1 star from review just due to service. Only after I stand up myself and go them and ask to take my order, then they came . So freaking weird.

I thought Punika Deli would be a comfortable place to relax, especially since it’s part of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, whenever the indoor/outdoor doors are open, cigarette smoke comes inside and makes me feel nauseous. The chairs are also quite uncomfortable for sitting for long periods, as they hurt my back. Hopefully, they can also offer some bundle deals.

There's a corner of the Royal Ambarrukmo that has quietly kept a piece of my heart since around 2013: Punika Deli. A café tucked into the lobby, wrapped in that five-star glow that feels both polished and comforting. Back then, I knew it for its desserts, sweet little masterpieces that made the hotel lobby feel like my personal patisserie. And somewhere along the way, I ventured into their coffee menu... only to discover the Punika White, which quickly became my all-time favorite. then came the gelato, smooth, cold, unexpectedly divine. The kind of gelato that makes you pause mid-spoon and think, "oh... this is why people fall in love in hotel cafés." Because everything here feels a little elevated, a little cinematic, like life is offering you scenes instead of routines. I've fallen for more than just the food here. Once, in this very café, I let myself be swept up in the soft lighting, the warm chatter, the pretty illusion that maybe just maybe, something romantic was beginning. But life being life... the plot twist was simpler than my imagination: I was only seen as a friend. And yet, somehow, Punika Deli still feels like a place I return to not just for the taste, but for the memories, both the sweet ones and the ones that still sting a little. Because that's what makes a place meaningful: it holds your stories, even the ones that didn't end the way you hoped.

The place was very cozy, sometimes also pretty calm even though it's located in the lobby of Royal Ambarrukmo hotel. I do come here quite often to work, read, or meeting. Price was quite expensive, but don't worry they have "closing party" promo 50% discount for all cakes, macarons, danishes, sweet breads, and croissants from 9 PM until close! They have live music every Friday night.

Nice place to have Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We usually come here for breakfast to eat the Smoked Salmon dishes which are delicious. One advice: The Salmon Bagel taste better without warming up the whole thing, better heat up only the bagel, Smoked Salmon taste better cold. Other than that, Service is always very good as well. 👍🏻 The Cafe is inside the Royal Ambarrukmo Mall just a 2 minutes walk away from the Ambarrukmo Mall.
