good service worth the price

the service is rude and unfriendly as if they are lazy in serving very flatttt. for this price she takes a very small amount maybe seuprit bgtttt

Tasty gelato but having visited this vendor twice, some sharp practices left a bitter taste in the mouth (excuse the pun). For starters, they demand payment, in cash since cards are not accepted, before serving you. Payment is also sought in a very direct, unpleasant way- maybe this is based on past experience of customers running off without paying but it comes across as odd and unnecessary. Also, as I soon realised, the woman who served us on both days tended to place scoops on the sides to create an illusion of a full cone/cup when in fact the inside of the cone or cup is left empty- a gentle push and prod caused this pyramid of ice-cream to collapse, leaving a rather disappointingly half full cup. I'm not sure if this is company policy, as this appears to be a franchise, or an issue limited to an individual vendor but it smacks of dishonesty and for this reason alone I won't be using them again.
