Very disappointing. I came here purely because the place looked interesting, but the management is not at all honest about the voucher system. I bought an entrance ticket package for 65k for adults and for my child I forgot 25k/35k, but on site there was no info at all that it included a 45k restaurant voucher. The staff didn't explain, the restaurant cashier was also silent, then I ordered food and paid for the food in full. The next day, I just found out that I was entitled to a 45k discount after checking their Instagram. When I checked my physical swimming ticket again, it turned out there was indeed a restaurant voucher there, but why wasn't it informed or automatically deducted when I ate at the restaurant yesterday? Is this a system deliberately made complicated or do they really not want to lose money? I have complained via WhatsApp, but the response is very unhelpful. There is no good faith or solution for their staff's negligence in the field. Very bad management. For others, don't expect honest service here. Once is enough for me to come here, never again!

Came here just to swim with a 65k bundling ticket, back menu resto & cafe 45k. So worth it. Came on the weekend but it was quiet. Felt like a private pool hehe. Warm water pool from a circulated heater. The kids love it. Food and drinks are complete, both Indonesian and Western styles.
