Came in hungry and left hungry and stressed out. This was by far the worst experience so far in my trip in Indonesia. The first waitress did not understand me well so another waitress came. I told the waitress that this was my first time. She took my order and no further explanation. I just wandered around and looked at other tables on what to do with the boiling soup. Apparently you can put the meat and veggies in the soup. Thanks to the chef behind the counter I finally understood what everything was for. After around 40 minutes I asked one of the leaders for help. I asked for recommendations. Almost half of my reserved time was gone by that time. I am not a local. I don’t know these kind of food. It might sound simple to some people but for me it was the first time. We arrived at 20:00 and the sushi was already almost gone. There was literally 1 of each seaweed sushi. Before 21:00 I walked around the buffet and there were so many empty dishes. No potato wedges. No pastry. We took the last slice of kebab and one of the last pizza. Unfortunately I didn’t taste it because my apetite was gone. Some of the food dishes was already being cleaned while it wasn’t even 21:00. Chicken wings gone. Mind you- our reserved time was 90 minutes starting from 20:00. The waiters didn’t ask once if we needed anything or help. We asked for water for our soup because the steam depleted it. The first time we asked no one gave it. The second time we asked another waiter they brought it. Even the desserts were gone around 21:15. Closing time is 22:00 isn’t it? There wasn’t even vanilla ice cream left. Absolute disasterous experience. Horrible customer service if you ask me. I felt completely ignored. I whatsapped them and asked for help when I was at my table figuring it out. Half an hour later I received an answer. By that time I already asked one of the leaders for recommendations. I don’t think it’s fair to pay full amount and see many empty dishes. Huge love for the chef behind the counter in the middle of the restaurant. He showed me the way at least. ❤️ Will never come back though.

it was such a memorible experienced. i went there with the most helpful person in mylife which is my boyfriend. And yah actually my bf was not in a good mood at that moment but after eating he has such a really goodmod. but unfortunately there is a staff that is havung a bad facial expression like yahh but it doesnt matter we were enjoying our moment together

It was my first time visiting. I enjoyed the food, and the place is nice. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We waited around 30 minutes for utensils. I asked once, waited, and had to ask again before they were brought. There was no apology or explanation, and it wasn’t crowded at the time. When we asked about the menu, the staff did explain it, but she was speaking while looking away the entire time, her head and eyes were not directed at the person she was talking to. It came across as inattentive and impolite.

Worst AYCE experience ever!! The grill heat was soo uneven that even the meat didn’t cook properly. The meat lacked smoky flavor and over marinated. There was way too much oil, which made the meat super soggy...😔 The side dishes… omg. There were a lot, but they were just average at best. The worst part? The refill took forever!!! It’s supposed to be AYCE with a time limit, but most of our time was wasted just waiting for the meat to arrive and cook. What’s the point? We had to ask the waitress multiple times (like 5 times??!) to fix or heat the grill, but nothing really changed. Even after complaining, there was no real solution 🙄they just kept “adjusting” the heat,that wont never gonna work!! Even by the end of the meal, the meat was still soggy. So frustrating. Definitely not coming back. Super overrated, and most of these reviews really set my expectations way too high. Should’ve just stuck with something safe like shabu-grill at the mall😀😀. Definitely total letdown.
