Hou Ji Tea is, without a doubt, one of the best places to enjoy milk tea in town. I’ve tried several of their drinks, and they’ve consistently been delicious with a well-balanced flavor that’s not overly sweet. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back. Although the shop itself is relatively small, it’s always bustling with customers. During my visit, there was almost always a queue, along with GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and GoFood drivers waiting to pick up orders. Despite the constant crowd, I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently the staff handled everything. Orders were prepared quickly, and the service remained organized even during busy hours. The seating area is simple and minimalist, with a few tables available for customers who want to enjoy their drinks on-site. They also provide a dedicated waiting area with tables for customers who are waiting for takeaway orders, which helps keep the space comfortable despite its limited size. Overall, Hou Ji Tea proves that you don’t need a large café to leave a great impression. With excellent milk tea, fast and efficient service, and a well-organized space, it’s no surprise that this place is always packed. If you’re a milk tea lover, this is definitely a spot you shouldn’t miss.

I buy two milk tea, one roasted large, one jasmine regular, both milk tea. The jasmine is perfect, but the roasted tea is over the top sweet.

If you like milk tea that is not too heavy then this is the place for you. The place looks tiny from outside but it's quite spacious actually. The place is bright and quite nice. Though I believe most people do take away, some sockets are available and they have wifi connection (I think it can make a good place for work). The service is quick but can be much friendlier.

With its price point their milk tea surely worth it!! The store may appears small but inside it can fit up to 5 small groups. They should consider offering bites.
