Initially asked how the Bagan fried kwetiau is cooked? But the explanation from the restaurant side only said “like in the menu photo”, there was no other explanation regarding the description of the kwetiau (which is where in the menu book photo the kwetiau looks dry, not soupy). Finally ordered 1 Bagan fried kwetiau, but when it came, it turned out the kwetiau was full of soup. I asked the waiter, “sis, is it really soupy like this?”, the sister said “yes it's soupy, why didn't you request it not to be soupy earlier? because it can be dry, moist, and soupy”. Well, I didn't know anything. When ordering earlier, instead of being offered how it should be cooked, they asked the customer back :( Even though at the beginning, the explanation was only “the shape is similar to the one in the menu photo (which turned out to be very different when it arrived from the one in the photo). If it could be made dry, it should have been asked first whether it should be made dry/moist/or wet. Finally, it wasn't eaten because the taste didn't match.

I ordered mixed rice, but what came was like trash, I thought mixed rice was like the mixed rice I usually buy in Pontianak, Jakarta, eh it turned out there were a lot of minuses, cold rice, the meat was really finely chopped like wanting to feed a cat. Seriously, how can you sell mixed rice like this?
