I first tried Moon Chicken in Jakarta and it instantly became my favorite—the flavor was bold, crispy, and unforgettable. When the branch opened in Jogja, I was excited to try again. It’s still good, but for some reason the taste and consistency don’t feel quite as perfect as the one I had in Jakarta. Hopefully it will improve, because the concept and flavor are still among the best fried chicken experience
