Standard dimsum taste, similar to the neighboring brand. The texture is also just chewy, not too soft until the skin falls apart. Still feels chewy when bitten, the chicken meat texture is also still very noticeable. The chili sauce still matches the dimsum. The price is 3k per piece. 2. Rice Bowl Crispy Chicken Salted Egg + Iced Tea (15k) Salted egg flavor is lacking, feels like it's just smeared 3. Katsu Sambel Matah Just randomly trying it, the taste is really unique lol. Usually eating katsu with sauce topping, now it's dry replaced with sambal. It ends up like eating regular fried chicken with sambal, but it's pretty good. For 12k with free iced tea this is good, you can taste the chicken, not just big and tasting like flour like general cheap katsu. The sambal matah is also delicious even though shallots dominate and lemongrass and lime leaves are lacking.
