The place is beautiful but tht Inidan food missed a mark for me. I got the Panipuri, Lamb Biriyani, Dal Makni and Dal Tadka. The Panipuri wa s the blandest ever, not a pinch of salt. The Biriyani was just rice with Lamb curry on the side. Dal Tadka was definitely not Dal Tadka and as it didn't have the Tadka and tasted creamy like Makhni. Also Naan breads were made ona stove not in a kiln or even.

A hidden gem for authentic Indian cuisine in Yogyakarta! Dil Rani offers an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The ambiance is elegant with a beautiful modern-Indian touch, making it perfect for both romantic dinners and family gatherings. I highly recommend their Butter Chicken—it’s incredibly creamy and pairs perfectly with their warm Garlic Naan. If you’re a fan of rice dishes, the Mutton Biryani is aromatic and the meat is tender enough to melt in your mouth. To finish, don't miss out on their Mango Lassi or a warm cup of Masala Chai. The service is top-notch; the staff is attentive and very helpful in explaining the menu. Prices are reasonable for the premium quality and portion sizes. Definitely the best Indian restaurant in town!

Highly recommended indian restaurant, definitely will visit again. We came for lunch, the kopi susu gula jawa was superb, the staff was very polite and recommend good choices and explain it in details. Also garlic naan was fluffy and crispy

This restaurant has a very nice ambiance and service but the food is quite a disappointment for the price they charged us. We ordered thali set, pani puri, and naan with yogurt. It’s very sad to have our thali set served in such kids meal portion, also it doesn’t taste authentic at all, I’d say it’s even rather bland and tasteless. The only things worked for us were the pani puri, naan, and yogurt. We spent over IDR 400k for 2 people before Grab dine out discount (20% off) but even after discount it’s not worth the money.

It's over priced if you compare with Indian food taste. They don't show tax and charges also on the menu. Suggestions to owner - if you ask people to give you 5 star rating in order to give them 10 percent discount, you will never improve anything . You should be ready to accept criticism. So you can improve your service. The place looks good, vibes are good. Songs are good. But the problem is the food and price. For one person it costed me 250 and j just order few items.
