This tourist spot is located up on a hill and the journey up is an experience by itself, via 4x4. There are a few rides and viewing platforms and decks for those looking for the perfect shot. We were there before mid day and had the place all to ourselves. Air was fresh and great place to unwind.
View on GoogleFun place to go to. A lot of places to take pictures and all of it are nice. There's a camera man also to help take those amazing shots of you or your friends together. There's a Monkey called Momo, don't forget to look for it.
View on GoogleIt was literally a long and winding uphill road going to the place. Good thing we went there in the morning and we were the only ones there. I was quite disappointed that the attraction I was looking forward to was no longer there-- the yellow crescent moon that you can sit on. If you love Highlands this is for you. Just prepare for the long winding journey.
View on GoogleAn out of town place to sit and take in the views. There was almost no one here when I visited which was a nice respite from the busy city centre. It’s primarily set up to take selfies but we had lunch on the roof deck looking over the valley below. Such beautiful scenery with a refreshing breeze. Very affordable lunch - was about AUD$7 for two people. The drive here was nice through the villages and forest up the ridge. Pair this with a visit to the waterfall at Kedung Pedut.
View on GoogleAn excellent place to have a cup of coffee!! You can have a breath taking view of the lake Wadu sermo from the top deck of the resturant inside and have really delicious food. The place seems too serene and peaceful with less visitors. They have various options to take pictures and its the best place for social media enthusiasts. We had fried casava and some other Indonesian delicasies there which tasted excellent.
