Tjemara Noodle Bar - Prawirotaman was a really solid stop for noodles. The staff were welcoming, and the prices felt very reasonable for what you get. I’d just keep an eye on the spice level if that’s not your thing, because some dishes can pack a bit of heat. Overall, it was an easy place to enjoy a meal, and I’d happily come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Tjemara in Yogyakarta. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. The prices are unbeatable and offer great value for the quality you get. The ordering process was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely kind and pleasant. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I was attracted by the dish of HK style noodle. Not really HK taste, but I bet is based on 撈麵 and localized. Very interesting. The noodles are always with chili and bit strong. I like the deep fried chicken skin. The price is reasonable.

I don't support their policy of giving away free tea if you give them 5 stars on a google review. This is not a good way to gain trust of the customer, unethical and shows unrealistic representation online. The food was good! The downside - small portions and not enough toppings. I ordered an extra topping which was half the price of the whole meal and they gave me only a few very small pieces. We each ate a meal and a snack and were still a bit hungry afterwards.

Great place with honest comforting food. There is some shredded chicken in the noodles however I would suggest to add some other stuff to make it richer.
