Great cafe for speciality coffee. The host is very knowledgeable and the coffee was smooth and delicious. You can also say hello to the resident puss!

If you like coffee or want to support sustainability and animal welfare, you should definitely go and try the coffee there. It's a small family business, and the cats who are helping to "produce" the coffee are living freely. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Thank you for this beautiful, lovely, and tasty experience 😊

Nina is such a sweetheart and really passionate about her family’s coffee. We didn’t plan a visit here until our tourguide mentioned the famous poop coffee - the best surprise of the day for me! 💕

This is a scam, unfortunately I also fell for it. I was very flexible with time and so this friendly old man named Suriyagarto, who told me he's a music teacher and built a connection with me based on my country of origin, managed to bring me here. I thought something was off when he didn't ask me for money for the bike ride and just left me at this place saying he was going to meet a friend. But then the staff in this cafe were very friendly, the place was nice, and so I forgot about it. In the evening though, the doubt came back to me and I came here to read the reviews.. only to find out it was indeed a scam!! Sadly this leaves me wondering if the expensive coffee I had was really loewak coffee. I have never had it before, so it's impossible for me to say.

Really charming little coffee shop in the middle of Yogyakarta - right next to the Water Palace. We wondered in by accident, but we had to stay for a cup of coffee. The shop owner is very friendly. She explained the proces to us, showed us a baby civet and didn’t insist on us buying anything. There were free cookies/sweets with every cup of coffee.
