The rating speaks for itself. Great looking food but the taste? Not so much. Some food are quite bland (ex: laksa and some type of dimsum).

Ate here when visiting Pasar Kranggan, confused about what to eat. Ordered Singapore laksa, original beef noodles, and shrimp skin spring rolls (lumpia kulit tahu). For the Singapore laksa, the broth is similar to curry but lighter. Quite good, but not really like Singaporean laksa. The noodles have lots of meat, a light broth with a decent amount of broth flavor. The noodles are flat noodles. The shrimp skin spring rolls are quite meaty and crispy, but the taste of everything is almost the same and in my opinion lacking in seasoning flavor. A bit confused when arriving when told payment is preferably cash. Luckily qris worked in the end Overall pretty decent

Located on the 2nd floor of Kranggan market, limited seating in the depot area. The Singapore laksa noodles & the creamy broth noodles are a must try 👍🏻✨ Too bad, wanted to try the kiamboy ice but it was empty 😭

18 Mar 26/ Thai curry sizzler 25k, blackpepper sizzler 25k, shrimp hekeng 12k, solo tea 5k, squeezed orange 5k. The sizzler menu is in the form of a hotplate, with rice, chicken, sunny side up egg, and corn. When it comes, Thai curry/blackpepper broth is poured over it. The chicken is wrapped in a chewy batter like bakwan, so the chicken volume looks bigger. The Thai curry broth is quite good, taste-wise I think it's the same as Japanese curry hahah. The blackpepper broth is a disaster, early notes are sweet (not subtle), the ending is very salty. The shrimp hekeng tastes okay, but the texture is mushy, so it's a bit ew in the mouth. The tea is standard good. The orange is sour, given sugar helps a bit but still kinda meh. Overall a hotplate that tastes according to the price, taste-wise far losing to mall hotplate, but the price is only half so yeah.
