I stopped by Lie Djiong Restaurant while staying at Jambuluwuk Hotel, and it was an easy drive over. The restaurant has a very classic, old-fashioned feel, which gives it a bit of character. Live music was playing in the background, adding to the atmosphere. It was a decent dinner stop overall, especially if you’re looking for something with a more traditional vibe.

Old chinese food that hard to find nowadays. I recommend you to try “Angsio Sapo Tahu Babi” and “Ayam Goreng Tulang”. Cash payment only.

An old style Chinese Restaurant, the flavour is very nostalgic. It's very hard to find an old style Chinese food nowadays. The service was very quick, they were very accommodating. We tried Cap Jay Goreng and Kolobak. We left satisfied. We will come again here for sure and hopefully you will be coming to this restaurant too!

Famous Chinese restaurant in Yogyakarta. Very simple and old place. We came early and enjoyed the popular “bones” fried chicken, fried noodles and some sautéed veggies. Rather slow service but it worth the wait
