Ordered online and waited 11 minutes… turns out they never even checked the order on their phone. Even a bottle of water wasn’t served. There were 3 staff just sitting around on their phones. They only started preparing our order after we asked about it. 😊 Then the excuse was, “The Wi-Fi sometimes glitches, so the order didn’t come through.” But we literally saw that no one had even checked the phone. And not even a simple apology. 🙂‍↔️ Honestly, if we had just stayed quiet, we probably would’ve been waiting 30 minutes before they even started making our order. 😂 The burgers are really good, but they’re not exactly cheap. For the price, I’d expect much better service. The owner should probably invest in better staff training.

This single platter is big enough for two people with normal appetite. It looks small in picture but it's quite a big plate so im pretty surprised since im sharing it with my boyfriend. The brisket was decent and the mac n cheese was nice. However the sauce that came with it was a bit lacking in taste and was too sour. I felt they could do better since I've had better sauces with brisket before. Also the salad was very acidic so it didnt give me the fresh salad taste that I wanted. But overall everything was a decent 8/10. Perfect place for a date night too the interior was nice. Careful if you have cats allergy though, they're everywhere.

wanting to eat steaks with the ambience of classic, rustic steakhouse? then this place is for you. they really nail the atmosphere! good place to hangout with friends. backyard is actually refreshing. the steak is great, and services are good - staffs are super nice.

I will still give it 4 stars but this really could've been better. Atmosphere was perfect with the old building and warm pub lights. I was expecting a great night. Food is a bit of let down honestly. Steak looked and tasted a bit sad and the burger.. I wouldn't call it a burger if I can't grab and bite it and had to use fork and knife. Anyway it's a unique style of burger it has A LOT of macs in it. Drinks menu is just plain simple, with this resto style you should be more creative with the menu. The plus: the order app is very good and straightforward. Service is also good.

The food is very delicious, their Tokyo salad is superb with a lot of dressing! The sliced smoked beef is also nice and tasty. I just wish they serve this dish with coleslaw or pickles, that would be amazing. The place is rather creepy with very dominant horror tone from the moment you walked into the room. I came early when it was empty so it feels creepy.
